JOSHUA 1-14 was a great read and study. I see the concept of deliverance. There were kings ( like ruling principalities) that Joshua and even had to drive out even though it was there promised land they still had to fight for it and drive out all the "ites" one by one ( reminds me of the process of deliverance).
I also liked the fact that Caleb got his inheritance.He was not playing! This stirred me all the way up⬇️⬇️⬇️

[12] Now therefore give me this mountain, whereof the LORD spake in that day; for thou heardest in that day how the Anakims were there, and that the cities were great and fenced: if so be the LORD will be with me, then I shall be able to drive them out, as the LORD said. [13] And Joshua blessed him, and gave unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh Hebron for an inheritance.
