Judges 3-15

I absolutely love the book of Judges and the "unusual suspects " who God choose like a woman ( Deborah.) and a timid man  (Gideon). 

Samson was a class all by himself lol. Seriously, like I have read through the Bible several times,  but when I read Judges 14 , when Samson ate honey from a dead animal it hit different.  And to make matters worse gives it to his parents to eat !!  vs 9 👀😫 . I thought about  the concept of Generational cuses. Not only did Samson defiled himself by turning away from God to pursue his own desires, doing what was right in his own eyes. He also defiled his direct blood line.  Reading and studying the old Testament has shown me just how imperative obedience and repentance is.
