When we take a look at 1 John Chapter 4 verse 1 we are told, “Do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”
We see this on a day-to-day basis on social media. With many false prophets, pastors, preachers and teachers evangelists apostles – Lovy, Jakes, Mike Todd, Daniel Adams, Benny Hinn, Kathryn Krick, and many countless others.
Ephesians 4:14 reminds us that we should no longer be children tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine by the trickery of men in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting.
Holy Spirit explained to me that the false ones get trained up too through divination, spell casting, demonic tongues, false prophecies made to sound accurate, manipulative use of your emotions, swindling churchgoers, corruption of algorithms, use of familiar spirits, communication in the waters, necromancy, destiny stealing and more.
However, the book of James 1:16-18 reminds us that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow of tuning. Of his own will, he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. How awesome is that!
This is how to test the spirit: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh – is of God. Sometimes I simply hear: Jesus Christ is Lord followed by I am God almighty – Alpha and Omega. Followed by, “No one can come to the Father except through me John 14:6.”
The Lord is always going to follow up with scripture. Every spirit that does not say that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not GOD.
That’s it! That’s the formula!
The enemy will try to use many means such as rambling, confusion, lies, and twisting scripture to cause you to overthink and be in disbelief concerning the word of God.
The anti-Christ spirit is already in the world and it wants to make you do everything but believe and follow the word of God.

My sheep know my voice says the Lord. The truth lies within them . Your red flags should go up when it’s not the spirit of God. Discernment is key. The Lord says come to me first for answers to your questions. Including but not limited to: all dream interpretation, biblical knowledge and understanding, ask me about ALL prophets, teachers, preachers, evangelists apostles, etc list all teachers, test all prophetic words – ALL WORDS ARE NOT FOR YOU, music, ask the Lord where your giving should commence. Do not put me in a box says the Lord. I love it when you ask questions. Ask me anything! Never make assumptions. Lean not on your own understanding. Invite me in your day says the Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come to your throne of grace today with heartfelt thanks concerning your words of wisdom recorded in your word. Father, on this day I am asking on behalf of your children that you sharpen their discernment. Father, I decree and declare Hebrews 5:13-14 over your children. I decree and declare that we are no longer babes in Christ. We are hungry for more! Milk is no longer our portion. Father God, I decree and declare Phil 1:9-11 over your people. As it reads, “And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, 11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. Father, we know based on Hebrews 4:12 that the word of God is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. I decree and declare on this day that we will be firmly established in your word as it carries more power than we could ever possess on our own by being sharper than any two-edged sword with the ability to pierce even to the division of soul and spirit and joints and marrow o God. Father God, see it so as in James 1:5-6 that if we lack wisdom, let us be so humble to ask of you and by faith and know that you will give to us! I decree and declare that we will no longer be tossed to and fro by the wind. father, we repent for every time we lacked faith in your word. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ – I dry up every fountain of double-mindedness now in Jesus’ name. Every spirit of double-mindedness and lack of faith I command to die by fire in the name of Jesus. I bind all spirits of deception now and in the name of Jesus, I cast you all to the pit! Father, may you remind your children that every good and perfect gift comes straight from you! I hearby the Lord Jesus Christ sign off on a divine edict to unlock all discernment from spiritual cages. I command the angels to set fire to every cage of the mind that would lock up your discernment in Jesus’ name. no longer will your people be set ups for pitfalls within the kingdom of darkness. I break all spiritual blindness that has been put on the people of God. I command the angels to go in with the surgical tools and remove all devices that are causing spiritual blindness and blockages to the people of God. Father, thank you for your faithfulness, your grace, and your mercy. I seal this prayer with the blood of Jesus and it is so – Amen!
