Hi, I had a dream last week or a few days ago that eyeliner and eyelashes were put on my eyes. I felt as if it was a straight attack in my seer gift. And later on, I started having vision issues.

Yes I concur that was an attack rebuke it! Cancel any covenant or mark placed on you as an eyeliner leaves a mark in the natural so in the spirit.
Eyelashes are a first line of defense for your eyes, keeping airborne dirt, dust, lint and other debris from reaching the delicate eye tissues. The eyelashes that were put on you was a counterfeit! Rebuke that as well and Rip it off in the spirit. Your seer gift will NOT BE TAINTED OR BLURRED in Jesus mighty name 🙏
